Pulser Upgrades/Repairs
QCD Technologies is excellent at repairing motor driven pulsers. MWD equipment is often not created equal. There are a dozen MWD manufacturers, hundreds of machine shops, and even suppliers working from home with inventory on garage shelves. That leaves room for mistakes and parts with varying degrees of fit/compatibility. QCD are experts at the big picture and keeping your pulsers working as intended.
Machined Parts
QCD Technologies will provide MWD equipment to standard dimensions, or customer driven advances. We have the CNC machines, drafting, engineering, and machinist to ensure what you expect from your machined parts is what ends up on your shelves. Call for standard parts or collaborate with us on your proprietary machined parts.
MWD Kit Rentals
QCD Technologies offers MWD rental kits to accommodate your over-capacity directional jobs. With several levels of technology, from older ball screw technology to the latest in motor driven pulsers we can provide equipment that meets your expectations.
Tool Servicing
QCD can service any pulser, directional module, gamma, or MWD module that you are running. Servicing MWD equipment takes knowledge and experience to do properly and our experienced professionals are happy to keep your tools maintained.
